Anaphylaxis

We had a little scare this morning. Sam went to our vet for the first time and had an Anaphylactic reaction to part of the vaccine. Sam turned pale and began to cry as her legs stiffened. The vet had to wisk her away for some emergency meds. The next 30 minutes were a little tense but she did just fine. The vet said I could take her home if I promised to be there and make sure her color improved. She did just fine at home spending the rest of the day sleeping. By the time I went to work she was running around like nothing happened.....glad that's over!
